I am trained and certfied in various formats which makes it easy to mix-and-match techniques to keep the boredom away and to also keep your body on its toes while increasing your metabolic rate!
Class formats include: TRX® Suspension Training, Zumba®, RIPPED®, Bootcamp, Pilates, Zen Yoga & Meditation, Tabatas, Foam Rolling, and Water Aerobics.
